All equipment is sold "As Is" with no guarantees. All sales are final.

No equipment will be released until payment is made in full. Payment must be made before pickup is scheduled.

Winning bidders that do not follow through with payment will be turned into Auction Time.

Legal action will be taken to recover listing fee’s, court costs and loss of profit.

We encourage self inspections before bidding.

** Payments are required via Wire, Credit Card, Over Night Cashiers Check, or ACH payment (NO PERSONAL CHECKS OR CASH). Payments must be made in full within 3 Business days. No later than the following Monday upon completion of the auction. ACH and Cashiers Checks can require up to 2 weeks to clear. For fastest transactions please use Bank Wires or Credit Cards.

**PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE ITEM IS SCHEDULED FOR PICKUP. NO CASH PAYMENT AT PICK UP PLEASE!!

**Credit Cards excepted under $2500.00 with an additional 3.5% convenience fee applied.

** U.S. Bank Wires - Please add $20.00 to cover bank transfer fees

An invoice will be sent to the email address registered with "Auction Time" after the sale concludes.

** Successful bidders must contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify method of payment. Contact us at rfree@ioequip.com

For Customer's in the State of Indiana an additional 7% Indiana Sales Tax will be added to any item sold in the State of Indiana that is not used in the "Direct Production" of farm use. If you are out of the State of Indiana all online Sales are Tax Exempt.

Items such as construction equipment, UTV/ATVs, and mowers (both lawn and rotary) are not Tax Exempt in the state of Indiana.

**Items must be picked as soon as possible. After 30 days items will either be resold or become the property of Indiana Ohio Equipment and no refund will be returned to customer.
**Additional charges may apply for equipment breakdown if applicable.

**Buyer is responsible for all shipping and pickup arrangements.
