Power steering, hydraulic lift for raising and lower snow blower and mower deck, 24 hp Kawasaki engine, hydrostatic transmission with rear differential lock, hour meter, fuel gauge, cruise control, 12 volt outlet, snow blower chute controls with crank to adjust from left to right and cable adjustment to allow for end of chute deflector to go up and down, toolbox and a cup holder. Service work performed on this machine including changing engine oil and filter, new air filter, fuel filter and spark plugs, changed transmission fluid and filter, installed a new battery, 2 new front tires and new seat, installed new mower blades and mower deck gauge wheels along with new mower deck secondary belt.
