Storage, insurance, tear-down, loading and removal of item is at the sole risk, expense and liability of the buyer immediately following auction end. Huron Tractor will assist buyer in loading items but assumes NO liability.

Payment:
Please contact us by phone or email AFTER you receive your invoice if you have questions about payment or pickup.
Payment is due in full by 5pm on the Friday immediately following the auction via wire transfer, cash in person, or certified funds. We do NOT accept payments by mail.
We can accept Visa and MasterCard. 5% convenience fee applies to all credit card purchases.
Sales Tax:
All items subject to sales tax of 13%, 14% or 15%, depending what province you reside in. If you present a valid resale tax certificate or the item will be used in the production of an agricultural crop you will not be charged tax. If it is sold to the USA, there is no TAX charged on the purchase price.
Shipping Terms:
Buyer is solely responsible for shipping items. Buyers shipping company sent to our facility must possess a paid invoice with items purchased and bill of lading. We will support and assist our buyers in locating a finding transportation and customs paperwork.
