FREIGHT:
Freight quotes and logistics, including customs paperwork where applicable, are the buyers responsibility. If you would like a freight quote, please visit www.fr8star.com and reference this AuctionTime lot number and auction ending date. We can assist with dimensions and approximate weight figures if needed, however, the hauler assumes all liability for over width permits, escorts, and any other items necessary to transport your purchase.

AUCTION TERMS:
All equipment is pre-owned, lease returned, or has been demonstrated. It is advertised and described to the best of our knowledge and ability at the time of listing. Empire Tractor will not be held liable for unforeseen, unknown, hidden, or unreported internal, external, mechanical or cosmetic damage or breakage, or errors in listings beyond our control. Everything is sold "AS IS" with no warranties expressed or implied. All sales are final. We strongly encourage you to personally visit our lot to inspect the item or call us for more details before you begin bidding on any item(s). Please schedule an appointment if you would like a representative on site during your equipment inspection.

POST AUCTION TERMS:
Successful bidders must contact us within 24 hours of completion of the auction to confirm purchase and payment details. We ONLY accept bank wires, cash upon pick-up, certified bank checks, or pre-approved loan proceeds. (Foreign wire transfers will incur a $25 service charge) Payments need to be received and paid in full within 2 days of the completion of the auction. We will send an invoice to the email address you registered with Auction Time immediately upon sale conclusion. New York sales tax will apply to buyers residing in New York or those personally taking delivery at our branch locations unless exempt certificate is provided. Any Inventory left on our lot over 90 days, will be considered abandoned and resold with no refund.

PICKUP:
No equipment will be released until full payment is received. Items must be removed within two weeks of conclusion of the auction. Any items not picked up within 30 days will incur $25 per day storage fees unless prior approved arrangements have been made. We will assist with loading and disassembly for transport if needed. Loading times in excess of one hour, or additional cleaning for border crossing, will result in reasonable additional charges which must be paid prior to release of the item from our lot.
