Overlapping screws and offset baffles on the tub wall work together to move the feedstuffs from the front to the back of the tub in a clockwise motion to help achieve a consistent, thorough mix. A standard 2-speed gearbox runs at 39 rpm in high speed and 26 rpm in low speed so that operators can tailor their mixing speed depending on the stage of the mixing and feeding cycle. Two bi-pulse legs and the leading edge of the screw work together as three points of contact with the tub floor and the feedstuffs to achieve a thorough cleanout at a quick rate. This low loading height of 105" provides versatility among different operations with height restrictions during loading, feeding and storage, while also allowing them to have a mixer of this capacity. A 3-point scale, with an additional remote display and Bluetooth connectivity. Operators can view accurate weight measurements from three different places: standard scale display, remote scale display or on their smart device via Bluetooth connectivity.
