We offer financing! Please have your financing or ability to pay set up PRIOR TO bidding.

This item is set to sell absolute. The highest bidder WILL win the auction and it WILL SELL.
We cannot and will not sell this item before the auction ends. You must bid on this item through the auction in order to win it.

We have checked this item over to the best of our ability and we are describing it’s condition to the best of our ability. Inspections are always welcome! You can also call us with any questions. It is being sold without any type of warranty expressed or implied. "All Items Are Sold “AS IS WHERE IS”

All sales are final.

No equipment will be released until payment is made in full.

An invoice will be sent to the email address registered with "Auction Time" after the sale concludes.

** Successful bidders must contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify method of payment.

PAYMENT IS TO BE MADE VIA BANK WIRE TRANSFER WITH 2 BUSINESS DAYS (BY THE FRIDAY FOLLOWING AUCTION) unless other arrangements are approved by the seller.

For Customer's without a signed, valid Ohio Sales Tax Exemption Form a 7% Ohio Sales Tax will be charged.

Loading of equipment & storing are FREE. Please pick up within 30 days.

We report the hours as they are displayed on the hour meter but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the hours or the year models.

Please review the description and inspection report closely and understand exactly what you are bidding on.

We encourage self- inspections before bidding.
