The Hopper Walker® was invented by a farmer from Southeastern North Dakota. He was tired of always having to get out of his truck to position the swing hopper, thus the Hopper Walker® was born. In 2009, Rust Sales, Inc., an agricultural implement dealership in North Dakota, acquired the Hopper Walker® from this farmer because, as he would put it, he was in the business of farming, not manufacturing.
