Front blades show wear but still plenty useable
Baskets behind the front blades have a little wave to them but again still plenty useable
Shanks look decent with good shovels
5 bar harrow with decent teeth
Rear hitch
Walking tandems on all axles
Didn’t see any welds
Paint is decent - a little fading but not too bad
Tires are ok
For a 20 year old tool it’s not perfect, but I would consider it well above average
