*Full payment required within 3 business days of auction end.

*Items must be removed from FASTLANE EQUIPMENT SALES LLC within 35 days of auction end.
*Shipping is sole responsibility of the buyer/bidder (dock and loading assistance available).
*Payment methods include cash, cashiers check, and wire transfer for same day removal. All business and personal checks will have a 7 day hold placed on unit until funds clear. All credit card transactions will be charged a +3.5% processing fee and have a 7 day hold placed on unit.
*IF tax exempt, office must have copy of current driver's license and tax exempt card before any equipment leaves yard.
*Out of state sales with a 3rd party pickup are required to submit B.O.L. to waive state tax.
*All in state sales will be subject to tax unless exempt.
*All export must provide proper documents prior to pickup.
*Pickup/loading hrs are 9AM - 4PM M-F, no exceptions.

*Everything must be paid for in FULL and funds cleared before any equipment leaves yard.
*All equipment sold AS IS where is with no warranties expressed, implied, OR statutory.
*Expressly excluded are warranties of merchant-ability, fitness for use, and purpose/description.
*All sales FINAL.
*All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
*FASTLANE EQUIPMENT SALES LLC does not guarantee hours/year model to be original or correct. It is the buyer's responsibility to make proper decisions on condition and purchase accordingly.
* Item descriptions and listings are subject to change, be corrected, update, or cancel at any time without notice.
* Items are available for inspection prior to bidding (during business hrs) and bidder is solely responsible for personally inspecting the item and verifying any information presented here or elsewhere.
*Used machines will have wear and tear, it is the buyer's responsibility to make proper decisions on condition and purchase accordingly.
*Invoice will be emailed at close of auction.
