The Bute cutting discs are an adjustable chain that may be retrofitted to any diamond harrow. Discs hook together and may be replaced one disc at a time if chosen. This chain is suitable for weed kill/weed management and residue management. These provide 100% shear in the soil layer and create soil tilth .5-2 inches deep. The 625 option’s discs are 6.25 inches apart allowing for up to 2 weights to be added. Unweighted the chain is 45 lbs per foot, 1 weight 55 lbs per foot, 2 weights 64 lbs per foot. Weight packages must be purchased separately.
