The Gessner Triple Disc Hiller is designed to provide an effective solution for building and renovating beds in rowcrop applications. The unique design of triple disc hiller units ensures effective trash and chemical incorporation in various tillage applications. Triple Disc Hiller units may be purchased in individual pairs or as a part of a complete machine. Product Features: Frame Available in 4, 6 and 8 row configurations. Heavy-duty CAT 3-4N quick hitch Two 178 x 178 x 9.5mm toolbars separated by 600mm spreader bars. 8 row machines feature one 178 x 178 x 9.5mm bridge beam for added frame strength. Medium duty 7.50 x 16 adjustable gauge wheels feature on 4 and 6 row machines. 11.00 x 16 heavy duty adjustable gauge wheels feature on 8 row machines. Triple Disc Hiller Units Each gang includes the following components: 2 x Self-aligning greasable bearings on a 38mm square axle. 3 x scalloped discs spaced 200mm apart (1 x 558mm, 1 x 508mm and 1 x 457mm Disc). Attaching clamps and bolts to suit 178mm x 178mm Toolbars. Each row (pair of hiller units) requires approximately 25HP.
