The Elxir64-5-1730 is a 17-row, 30" spacing, 5-section, double fold commercial grade toolbar made to withstand rigors of high hp tractors in undulating conditions. The frame is made with 6" vertical x 4" horizontal tubing that is 3/8" thick. Frame pivot points are all greaseless with 2" hardened steel, anti-rotating pins. Drawbar and rear hitch are connected to have forces from NH3 wagon and tractor pull straight through to reduce frame fatigue. The Elxir64 can flex up 63" and down 46" via its dual 385/65R22.5 rear transport tires gauging working depth together with two 295/75R22.5 single tires on the rear wing. This unit is set up with ShieldAg row units with 800lb of spring load, edge bent shanks, 20" smooth coulters and dual independent 18" notched mud release sealer blades. The knives are ShieldAg frostless, conventional knives. The cooler is a Continental, single inlet cooler set up for 3-section shutoff. The rear 1 1/2" safety coupler along with the hose-end valve with quick coupler round out the plumbing. Machine currently has no rate controller as this is customers choice.
