This unit started and operated at the time of inspection. The exterior was observed to have the following damages; low coolant, the rear PTO will not engage due to loose wires that go to the solenoid, the drawbar has a moderate amount of rust on it, the coolant is low in the reservoir, and the engine oil is dark in color.
The full operations were not tested. This unit is sold "as is where is". A third-party inspection report detailing all wear and tear items is available for download below in the Service Log section. (Make sure to change the first sentences to "does not drive or start" if that's the case). All buyers will be required to verify their identity through a third-party service prior to invoicing.
