Only used one season to put hoops over 1 acre of watermelon plants. 8 - 72" wide x 3000ft. rolls of clear perforated Plastic from Dubois Agrinovation that are brand new, 5 new rolls of Felt specific for the Hoop-N-Cover, and several hundred spring steel hoops are included! This plastic layer is designed to lay plastic (felt is optional) over spring steel hoops. It also does a great job laying flat 4ft-6ft wide clear or black plastic.
