Supreme Capacity: Up to 9,000-10,000 bu/hr with one steel or aluminum hose and Up to 4,000-5,000 bu/hr with 50 feet of
steel or aluminum hose. This capacity is achieved even though we went from three fans down to two. Another example of
innovative engineering.
Minimal Horsepower: The VR12 can be operated at full capacity with a meager 130 HP! This is down by 50 HP from that of
the 3700.
Key Components like the fans, wear wraps, stators and auger flighting’s are going to be easier to inspect and replace. The
fans, wear wraps and stators have been designed to last longer than the same components in the REM 3700 by utilizing the VR
technology.
Standard Equipment has been upgraded to come standard with the two cleanup nozzles, the bin load out nozzle and three
hose caddy’s to make cleanup a breeze in the many different situations that users encounter every day.
Upgraded Hose package now boasts four stainless steel hoses that are only four feet long. You get the same great length,
but they are much easier to carry around with you.
The unique 10” inlet is key to helping the VR12 achieve the capacities it does. This allows the suction to be increased during
full bin load out and cleanup situations all while letting the grain slow down before it comes into the tank, thereby reducing
grain damage.
Fan Inspection is much easier as access ports have been added where you can inspect for wear at the proper intervals for
both fans and wear wraps.
Double door air lock technology was implemented into the REM VR12 as well. This has proven itself over the years and we
wanted to stick with something that has stood the test of time.
