The Richiger EA910 grain bag unloader is designed to unload bags at a rate of 12,000 bushels an hour. The Richiger EA910 also rolls the bag up as it is unloading it, making it easy to recycle the bags once all the grain is out of the bag. Features: - The EA-910 model is a dry grain extractor with a hydromechanical drive bag winding system. - It can be configured to operate 9 and 10 foot bags. - 380 mm diameter hydraulic folding discharge tube. - Side plates to guide the rolling of the bag. - Compact, reinforced and easy-to-maintain roller reel transmission, from gears and chains to a roller driven by a hydraulic motor and with an automatic unlocking system for extracting the rolled bag. - Control system for sweeping augers far from the reception chamber to reduce turbulence and facilitate grain entry, with quick decoupling of their movement. - NEW mouthpiece design with larger reception chamber and concave blades that maximize the feed to the discharge auger. - Foldable blade with edge guard and protective grilles for greater operator safety. - Coupling and uncoupling sweeping augers with simple control. - A set of three levers and a knob facilitate the command of all hydraulic functions: folding of the discharge tube, regulation of the machine's ground clearance, direction of rotation of the winding roller and its rotation speed. - Minimum required power of 60 hp.
