Here is a great running 97 HP Cat 312D with just 5,927 Hours. Weight 28,480 lbs.. Good undercarriage as shown we are estimating at 80% or better but be your own judge. Work ready. Newer HD Mechanical Thumb - see the first 5-6 pictures. We can measure the bucket but believe it to be a 36-38" bucket. Using it this week it's a very fast digging machine and strong. This 312D out digs and is faster than a Caterpillar 311 and is faster that a new Cat 320 on the same area job sites. We've been using this to clear land for 5 hours a week or more this past month and it's our go to excavator and over definitely over our 311. Strong with plenty of power and tight all over outside and even inside the cab and windows, etc.. Also has good working cold AC and Stereo. All fittings take grease and we just did a engine oil change along with new engine and air filters.
