TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENT & TAX: Payment is due within 3 business days of auction end, no later than the following Monday upon auction completion. If pick up is made in person within 3 days, payment may be made at that time. Payment can be made with certified funds or bank wire transfer, NO EXCEPTIONS. We do not accept Credit Card Payments. Call Foust Equipment for bank wire transfer details. Buyer will cover bank fees for wire transfers. Payments not made on time/within 3 business days, will be turned over to Auction Time and your rights as a bidder will be revoked.

All items must be picked up within 30 days of auction end. Those that are not picked up within that time will be charged $25.00 per day for each day after that. Items not picked up within 60 days will be forfeit, and resold unless other arrangements have been made.

INDIANA RESIDENTS will be charged a 7% sales tax, unless this item is used in the “direct production” of agricultural products for sale. Foust Equipment will require proper forms for your tax-exempt status on those items. UTV/ATVs, construction equipment, mowers (lawn and rotary) are NOT tax exempt in the State of Indiana.

All items are AS – IS with NO warranty unless specified in writing within the description on Auction Time. Please come and self inspect all units or call prior to the auction ending with any questions pertaining to the condition or operation of the unit on the sale. Descriptions are stated to the best of our knowledge on all units.

Freight and hauling will be the buyer’s responsibility. Foust Equipment will assist in loading, but the customer must make the arrangements for the trucking or freight.
